Sophisticated, understated and playful: exactly what you can expect from Markian.
Ennio is the best of both worlds. Minimalist and sleek in form, they inject a pop of colour that's both punchy and understated. Available in 9 colourways and 3 sizes, it's easy to layer them in a group—but they look just as great solo.

Urban planner, architect, and designer Ennio Nonni was born in Faenza in 1954 where he directed urban design projects for over 30 years. Nonni cultivated his passion for design through his minimal and colorful vases and sculptures characterized by the "faience", glazed ceramic earthenware, combined with themes of futuristic cities, enigmatic but not unlikely architectural fantasies. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Nonni directed two museums (MAP Institute and MUS.T) and introduced incentives for green construction, “biourbanism”, and contemporary art projects in 2019. He is the author of historical and urban planning publications.
Nonni has been the recipient of several awards, including the 1st National Award for the best urban project by ASSURB, 1st National Prize for landscape study awarded by the Spadolini Foundation of Florence, and the 1st National Award for strategy + sustainability + volume by Forum PA and others.
